While shopping for a new cell phone on Amazon.com today, I noticed that the website never mentions a 1-800 number so that you can talk to an actual person rather than sifting through their hundreds of help webpages for a brief answer. So I did some digging and found out that Amazon does indeed have a 1-800 number available so that you can talk to a human being. The number is 1-800-201-7575. Next time that you are shopping Amazon and have a question, save yourself a lot of time and give customer service a call. And if you have a specific question (such as my question about cell phone rebates), call them between the hours of 7 am. and 4 pm. and you can talk to a specialist.
